Welcome to Stony Brook HOME

Stony Brook Health Outreach and Medical Education (HOME) is a free student-run clinic on 
Long Island, New York. It offers free examinations, health care information and social work for 
adults with no health insurance.

Visits are by appointment only. Please call us to make an appointment.
